According to Ayurveda, health is defined as the balance of the three doshas in the body. If the three doshas get out of balance and start to circulate in the body or settle in a new place, we speak of a pathological state. In addition, diseases are caused by the accumulation of so-called ama (metabolic waste products) in the body, which are due to a bad lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits and disturb the normal metabolism.

An ayurvedic treatment consists of eliminating this ama through the various channels of the body, thereby correcting the metabolism and improving symptoms.

After the ayurvedic treatment, ayurvedic medications and recommendations for a healthy lifestyle are given to stabilize and maintain the regained health.
