Pichu

Pichu is a local oil application that exceeds Abhyanga in its effectiveness.  The affected area, e.g. the lower back, neck, head, joints etc. is covered with a dry cotton cloth (picu means “cotton”) of sufficient size. Ideally, the width of the cloth should correspond to the patient’s palm. There is a hole in the middle of the cloth through which oil is repeatedly poured.
The duration of the treatment varies depending on the patient’s condition.

Indication:
Pichu is used for lower back pain, spondylitis, arthrosis, palpitations, etc.
