Netra Tarpana

Netra Tarpana is a rejuvenating treatment for the eyes (netra). A ring made of gram flour is placed around each eye to form a kind of dam. Then medical ghee is poured into the dough rings until the eyes are completely covered. The ghee should nourish and moisturize the eyes and the surrounding tissue. The patient then opens and closes the eyes repeatedly.

Usually this treatment is performed early in the morning or late in the evening and takes about 30 minutes.

Indication:
Netra Tarpana helps with reduced vision, glaucoma and cataracts, macular degeneration, tired and burning eyes. Dark circles under the eyes are reduced.
