Kshira Dhuma is a heat treatment in which the steam (dhūma) of medicated cow’s milk (kṣīra) is inhaled. The treatment takes 15 to 35 minutes.
Indication:
It is used for dry coughs, facial paralysis, jaw lock, and problems in the head and neck area due to a Vata or Kapha imbalance.
